好奇的問一下，小弟手上有一顆有寫製造日期是2001.07.15的硬碟
要是保固三年的話，還沒有到耶 不過也快到了 是一顆20GB的硬碟 不過不曉得這算不算是OEM的咧？ 因為他是富士通做的 但是掛上了IBM的保固吧... 他有寫 Manufactured for IBM by fujitsu..... 查不到IBM的資料耶 不過富士通的網頁上就有這顆硬碟的資料... 這樣還有就嗎？ 是要找富士通還是IBM？ 不過看起來像是樣找IBM.... 因為他們寫的保固由IBM提供耶 怪怪的 |

各位大大請問一下
 除了按照http://www.hitachigst.com/warranty/jsp/arma25h.jsp要求的包裝外 (我是用主機板的防靜電袋裝起來再用常見的裝硬碟用氣泡袋裝起來,再裝盒子,雖然網頁上是有說明不收用氣泡袋裝起來的  )上面貼著所須的資料(從Return address到Contact numbers這段) 然後在盒子的其它處寫上大大的RMA #62549909 然後寄到(用宅急便) 桃園縣蘆竹鄉瓦窯村六福路19號 03-2121234 TW LC 收 轉HGST硬碟維修人員 <--所要填的收件人??  下面是Email全文,當然,地址跟電話我用XXXX代替, 麻煩各位大大幫我確認一下有那些步驟有問題或忘了 這個問題算是有點小急..因為這顆硬碟在2004/07/25過保  Return material authorization (RMA) notification Attn.: Charly Your RMA number is : 62549909 Part number: 07N6654 Serial number(s): TXTDM671 *** Please use Hitachi Global Storage Technologies APPROVED protective packaging to ship your drive (s). 順便再問一下各位大大們..
這顆硬碟用DFT測起來竟然完全沒問題= =|| 可是分割完格式化到一半就喀喀作響,作業系統就停住了.. 這樣HGST還是會維修吧?? |

可以 但是看你是要2個一起申請RMA 還是2個各申請一個RMA 貼在外包裝

如果DFT 測出來是 0*00 就算寄回去 工廠也是原封不動退回給你 或許你可以要檢查其他硬體 是否有問題 |
