自己種的咖啡豆.....加摩卡壼.

這跟喝的量有關係吧~~ 像我一天最多只喝一杯~~有時候忙起來好幾天沒喝也不覺得怎樣~~ 我朋友一天早中晚要各一杯~~~後來真的沒喝他就會覺得怪怪的~~

咖啡機：10多年前買百靈電動刮鬍刀7570送的美式濾紙咖啡機
磨豆機：Electrolux ECG120S 咖啡豆：COSTCO 、MOS 隨便買 濾紙：恩COSTCO買， 放了10幾年還用不完 咖啡沒特別喜好 大多喝黑咖啡 咖啡喝多會心悸  (美式6杯)

摩卡壺咖啡壺使用說明: 1. 在第一次使用前，把上層壺口擰開把裝咖啡的過濾器取下 2.檢查上層壺底下的過濾裝置和橡皮圈是否已經裝上 3.用熱水清洗一遍然後重新按原樣裝好 4.在底層壺裡裝上新鮮水，注意千萬不要超過安全閥的高度 5.在咖啡過濾器裡裝上咖啡，注意不要填充過緊 6.轉緊上層壺 7.放到加熱裝置上用小/中(火或熱量)上蒸煮幾分鐘, 火源千萬不能超過底座,以免燒壞手柄. 咖啡慢慢溢到上層 8.立即把咖啡壺從加熱裝置上移開 9. 建議把第一壺咖啡倒掉 10. 可食用鋁合金材料是一種易滲透材料，每次燒咖啡後它的香味均會保留下來 11. MOKA ESPRESSO蒸餾咖啡壺不適宜把咖啡保溫和重煮 12. 切記不要在沒有水的情況下放在加熱裝置上蒸煮 13. 一定要使用研磨過的咖啡 14. 在使用煤氣蒸煮時，不要把火開的太大，以免燒壞手柄 建議把第一次煮的, 第一壺咖啡倒掉  我還以為這種壺, 泡咖啡有這麼特別 此文章於 2011-11-09 06:30 PM 被 mount 編輯. |
