找不到工作??? 我覺得看工作內容吧~~ 我朋友念完研究所留在美國工作~~老闆也答應幫他辦綠卡~~ 月薪 5000 ~~ 應該不算廉價勞工吧~~ 再怎樣都比台灣來得好~~ 另外一個大學同學~~退伍後就到美國念書~~ 畢業後一樣留在美國工作~~兩年前拿到綠卡~~ 已經在美國買房子了~~~ 基本上如果要到美國工作~~最好還是有個美國的學歷~~ 另外廉價勞工還不一定輪得到我們當勒~~ 搶那些勞動工作我們還不如墨西哥人耐操~

你真的有申請過還是都是聽說的??? 你講的內容錯誤百出耶~~~ 登報並不是說美國人作不來~~ 而是要登報後沒有美國人來應徵~~或是來應徵的資格不符 反正不懂得怎樣辦花錢請律師辦就對了~~ 台灣人申請 H1B 比中國人簡單~~沒你講的那麼難~~ 另外如果你在美國有念研究所~~要找到好公司也不難~~ 此外華人公司薪水沒你講得這麼少~~少說年薪都會有4萬~ 年薪兩萬連貧窮線都到不了......領這樣的薪水申請綠卡會過才有鬼~~~

+1 但是沒有家庭負擔,基本上在很多州,60K USD一年,其實應該還會剩一大堆才對 kellylovelykimo說的有部分其實實務上沒太大問題,登報主要是要強調,找不到其他人可以做這些獨特的工作內容 一般在開職缺上會寫得很有技巧,會強調某些in house的knowledge,而且這是一般非公司內的才會懂的東西 先前有看過某些case,如果說公司規模在美國並沒那麼大型,要拉一些知名合作夥伴進來,請他們開推薦信,這樣比較容易不被退件 申請綠卡,先前一年內看到的給個case,以工作方式,由提出到拿到綠卡,不到半年就結束(這幾個case的申請人先前已在美國工作有2年以上,且有繳稅的紀錄) 如果是約5-10年前,要看提出的地方,一般等待期約2年上下(還是要看遞件處理的移民局) |

當美國人愈來愈辛苦了,稅愈繳愈多,每個人都在負債,其實移民在美國不過就是圖自由跟環境而已.美國已經正在走下坡了,美國夢也不可能實現了,每100年一個強國,下一個在中國.

看來台灣人要拿工作綠卡不容易，
需要特殊的技能與學歷 中國人就簡單多了 只要用熱門的庇護項目，就可以拿到綠卡。 只是這樣留下來，要做多金的工作，好像也不簡單的 老墨太多了，耐操好用∼∼∼ |
