動物醫院如果是執行醫療業務~~是不需要作營業登記的~~ 但是國稅局那邊還是要作稅籍登記~~報稅時就是用執行業務所得報稅~~ 如果你有附設美容部門~~那才需要去作營業登記~~~ 如果你還有相關問題的話~~請直接打去國稅局問比較清楚哦~~~ 話說很多寵物店就是沒有作營業登記~~結果競爭對手就用這個去檢舉~~ 來消滅對手~~~~ 所以我看到你 po 這個新聞第一個想到就是~~應該是其他業者檢舉的~~ 很多事情照著法規走就沒錯了~~不怕人惡搞你~~~ 如果你就是檢舉人的話~~我只能說~~你是不是跟那個店家有仇阿???

檢舉非法營業逃漏稅,竟被店家警告要告誹謗,公然侮辱!!
檢舉不一定是同業吧 有時得罪客人 他也會去檢舉也是可能
說真的 很多商店賣吃的沒開發票居多 你路上找10間 9間不開吧.........

一般來說~~平常人比較不會想到去檢舉逃漏稅這一塊~~~ 大多就是針對一些違規的部份去檢舉~~像是衛生~違建之類的~~ 會去檢舉逃漏稅的大多是業內人士~~因為只有同業才會知道一些眉角 有時真的是樹大招風拉~~~ 至於你說吃的部份~~台北市有店面的話很多會去申請免開統一發票~~ 應該還是有作營業登記拉~~畢竟台北市國稅局抓逃漏稅抓得很嚴~~~ 所以別去亂檢舉哦~~~

路邊商家 很多家 你看生意不錯 沒開發票 跟你保證 9成9有問題 看你敢不敢檢舉而已 自己做的正 哪怕同行相忌 對吧 台灣人標準鄉愿態度 被人指責 錯誤責任推給別人 就 不是自己原因 太多例子 大里 有家牛排館 不方便 講那間 本來都不開發票 前天去終於有開 你就知道有沒有 問題?

所以我才說台北市阿~~台北市以外我就不清楚了~~~~ 台北市只要有店面的~~沒有辦理免開統一發票登記~~又沒開發票的~~那就是有問題囉~~ 台北市以外就不一定了~~畢竟北中南區國稅局要管得範圍大~~ 人力又不足~~不一定有辦法去取締~~~ 就算你去檢舉了~~~人家有關係的也不一定會罰錢~~ 頂多就是補登記~~不過倒是檢舉人的資料反而有可能會被透漏~~ 導致檢舉人的麻煩~~~~ 所以很多事情也許我們看不順眼~~~但是要去檢舉前~~最好還是三思一下~~ 很多時候是樹大招風~~況且前面也有人提過了~~ 檢舉有獎金阿~~搞不好有人就是靠這個獎金在過生活的~~

那可不一定哦~~店家的名稱跟登記的名稱不一定會一樣~~~ 尤其是餐飲業~~~所以也不要太篤定~~~ 隨便舉個例子~~ 王品旗下的品田牧場~~ 地址是 台北市中山區南京東路二段146號 你去查查有沒有登記~~如果查無紀錄的話~~ 那看你要不要賭看看去檢舉一下囉~  不過我可以跟你說他是有開發票的~~~
