It seems that four board partners are seeing G92 and G94 chips going bad in the field at high rates. If you know what failures look like statistically, they follow a Poisson distribution, aka a bell curve. The failures start out small, and ramp up quickly - very quickly. If you know what you are looking for, you can catch the signs early on. From the sound of the backchannel grumblings, the failures have been flagged already, and NV isn't playing nice with their partners. 希望這次 nVidia 不會因此而垮台. 畢竟一年之後, 巨大的 Intel 會進入 GPU 的戰場. 如果失去 nV, 對消費者來說不見的是好事情.

inquirer 也是謠指部啊，他放的 "不正確" 消息可能比 "正確" 消息還多
NV 今晚股價狂飆，看來沒人鳥那個謠言  http://finance.google.com/finance?client=ig&q=NVDA NV 認列 $196M 為此次晶片瑕疵的支出，沒提到 G92, G94 但既然 NV 已經承認有問題的支出，我想這個謠言不攻自破 http://www.itworld.com/business/542...ips-nvidia-says 根據黃董的說法 "Although the failures are only seen in small percentages of all the chips we've shipped with this material set, the repair cost of a notebook can be expensive" 有問題的其實只佔一小部份，不知為什麼有人要把它講成要倒了的樣子 |

提列支出是為了對股東說明 這個策略也確實表現在股價上 提出保固支出 對使用者來說並未解決任何問題 提高保固期限還比較正面一點 但問題是nv從未公布是那些產品有問題 所以各式各樣的消息就傳開 消息是真是假 就只能消費者自己去試 |
