直接告賠比較多，又有案底 小弟前年出一場車禍 只是傷到腳筋對方就賠17萬了… 當時對方也是超皮的，我姊說直接告了 好像傷害罪是公訴罪的樣子(太久了我也不太記得了) 後來有去找人來調節 20萬絕對是太少了 光醫藥費+精神賠償費就不止20萬了吧 起碼也要x10倍吧 尤其又是相依為命的母女 |

可以詢問意見,再決定怎麼做.
