我已經自告奮勇鮮血了一封過去了, 內容公開如下:

總統您好:

正當健保局為了財源傷透腦筋而想要取消一些平常小毛病的健保給付時, 冒出高雄張家從美國要脅健保局免費提供油的案例. 健保局經過內部會議後原來的決定是認為不知張家三兄弟在美國醫療的狀況, 所以暫時決定不繼續提供油.
從網路上可以得知台灣社會普遍不齒張父這種太過愛財不知感恩的行徑.沒想到經過張家在美國舉辦的記者會後, 健保局就一口答應會繼續提供張家油.
個人認為健保局應該依法行政, 不能自失立場, 美國的醫生若認為有需要繼續喝油, 但是美方無法提供, 那麼健保局最多只能因為張家無法從美方取得該油品並認同美方醫生的建議下答應幫忙代購, 而不是免費提供. 健保局答應免費提供油如果沒有強有力的法條依據, 那麼社會原本對張父這股不滿的怨氣將會全數轉向健保局的.
健保局內沒人才了嗎?連這麼簡單的道理都不懂, 這若不是愚蠢就是違法. 且此案例一開, 財務黑洞將更加擴大.
依照目前健保局自己提示的法規來看根本是不適用的!!!

懇請立即著手請人處理, 以免往後對健保行政造成更多的後遺症

他們的主治醫師彼得斯也沒參加記者會,只派了一個不知道幹什麼的出來講

在美國 換作其他人,不和醫生合作,還大吵大鬧的,早就被醫院掃地出門了
就是怕張家又搞些什麼小動作,才會隨便派個人開個記者會,敷衍一下張家
省的被張家扯後腿,到時就真的好心沒好報了......
