如果是2024才有這玩意，那真的是要死忠的才有拿，我認為要到10-20萬機會不大。。如果是早10-15年有這玩意，那就很難說。 難怪之前推薦我朋友買保健品，只有拚多多才有，他還得請中國砲 友幫他買。

媒體追問如果廢止戶籍，還會是中華民國國民？
內政部戶政司長陳永智說明， 根據行政院在2023年5月24日針對國家賠償案件後續做的函釋、 以及入出國移民法等規定，「遭廢止戶籍後就不會是中華民國國民。」(聯合新聞網)

https://udn.com/news/story/124321/8466298 黃國昌表示，民進黨對兩岸人民關係條例的解釋，對比一下時任陸委會主委邱太三怎麼講，跟內政部長劉世芳怎麼講。對民進黨而言，法律永遠只是工具，沒有要遵守法律的精神及價值。 黃國昌提到，邱太三說過，「在我國現行法律制度下，根本不承認中華人民共和國。」在我國憲法之下，那裡叫做中華民國大陸地區，既然都不承認中華人民共和國，那裡的人怎麼會有國籍？ ———————————————— 狗昌又在唬爛，我是不記得或沒找到邱太三曾說過那句話，只找到邱說兩岸要互相承認主權，那還是兩國論的意思 不過依據憲法增修條文第11 條所制訂的臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例，簡稱兩岸關係人民條例第2條將中華民國的領土分為臺灣地區和大陸地區 而根據條例中的定義，臺灣地區：指臺灣、澎湖、金門、馬祖及政府統治權所及之其他地區；大陸地區：指臺灣地區以外之中華民國領土 所以依照兩岸人民關係條例定義確實和狗昌所講的哪來中華人民共和國 既然沒有又哪來國籍？沒有國籍那大陸身分證不就是廢紙一張？  蟾蜍黨和青鳥黑熊廢物炒這個廢紙一張就是假議題騙選票，藍營何必這麼認真隨雞起舞？  |

我好奇如果被除籍，對岸人在台灣房產等印象要核准才能持有，這樣不動產會不會被強制出清阿

買房子和投資房地產和國籍戶籍有關？那台灣人去日本美加置產買房沒國籍不就血本無歸？
同樣大陸人外國人來台置產也是，不是中華民國國籍沒戶籍那房子不就要繳庫還是法拍 |

中國好像沒有放棄中國國籍這類制度
 那麼常在這裡發言，指導咱台灣如何開坦克，造潛水艇，生產晶片...的中國人 來自chinese香港嫁來台灣的小朋友a大 不就會被陸委會嚴格查處...
