前幾個月，很久沒使用的paypal突然來mail通知，刷了一筆澳幣交易。
當時快半夜12點，馬上登入改密碼，回報未經確認交易； 接著上中信網站跟智能客服提出異常交易，要求換卡，新卡免費。 隔天中午前就收到paypal取消該筆交易。 |

現在只用有APP能設定刷卡功能的信用卡
網購即便綁信用卡 也是要買的時候才開 然後設定刷卡上限 刷完就關掉 |

也不算麻煩 也不是每天都在刷卡 怕麻煩和不方便才是多數人被盜刷的原因 銀行願意不願意承受損失是銀行的事 但風險是屬於你自己的 和銀行無關 |

結果我今天打電話給 聯邦銀行 想關掉 NewNew Bank 的 簽帳功能,
客服和我說沒辦法關閉!!!!!!!!!!!! |
