有聽過一個案例~~~ 就是出國兩天一夜避教召~~ 結果七月的被避掉了~~但是隔一個月又收到九月的教召 不過有承辦相關業務的網友說這樣是違法的~~可以去跟國防部申訴~~

其實正是團管區在管教招 所以要怪就怪團管區後管科的，他們在處理 但我不知道是否要有單位要教召誰呢？而且現在各縣市編成後備旅，大多數的冰應該是編成當地後備旅，一起教召，已和原單位沒關係了 如不想被教召可參加後備軍人輔導中心，到漁人碼頭受訓幾天後就可以免了........但只建議士官，因為兵36除役 |

呵呵, 其實不會比在公司裡難受, 當然彼此還是會斤斤計較但會維持表面上的和氣. 老實說如果彼此有利的情況下, 大家反而處得很好, 不像公司裡做得好還被打壓的情況. 這就好比有些人在家裡面對自己人很不客氣, 但在外面反而比較收斂的意思一樣. 你看很多主管罵下屬簡直不把對方當人看, 但他會走到路上對旁人咆哮嗎? 機率很低. 這是建立於對對方的控制強度, 在內部的確能把對方玩得死死的, 自然不會客氣. 在外面.. 不要太白目才不會死得不明不白. |
