我的認知是：存在paypal的錢不能領出來，只能作為網路付款之用， 包括購物和拍賣。如有錯誤，請大家指正。 至於DDD如果肯退費給我，那就是退到我的信用卡帳戶，以負數存在。 當我日後使用信用卡消費時(不限於DDD)，就會抵銷掉這部份金額。 |

因為寄給DDD的信都沒有回應，我在2/13經由銀行
要求DDD退還費用。結果今日終於收到DDD回應了！ Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com! Regarding order #2172xxxx, we would be more than happy to reship the 2 lost DVD's to you. 我就是看到各位網友寄信給DDD都沒有回應， 所以才決定直接透過信用卡公司交涉。 我打算通知DDD以及發卡銀行，表明同意reship. 但是同時也要鄭重聲明：在沒有收到DVD片子以前， 我不會撤銷前次要求退費的行動。 |

昨日2/25中國時報以及中時晚報，皆有報導paypal即將進入台灣市場， 提供網路消費和付款的服務。其中晚報有提到“可以在實體銀行提存”。 此消息還待日後查證。 |

嗯，不過我還發現有不錯的付費機制Western Union與MoneyBookers 不過是要手續費的 但是其中我MoneyBookers2的verified手續被退回來 看不懂我的身分證吧，所以要我傳護照...快10年沒出國了，護照都生菇了 而我也不喜歡他的手續，要傳帳單影本+個人簽名在上面以及身分證+信用卡正反面... 至於Western Union就方便多了，幾分鐘搞定payment Western Union MoneyBookers 至於Paypal是否能用時體銀行提存我想是可以的 因為他可以設定以信用卡作為付款之外也可以加設一個Banking Account作為對應 不過好像要在國外開戶頭...沒試過就是了 我認為目前首選是Paypal，以及我這幾天用的Western Union 可以試試 DDD得refund與reship對我來說似乎無望，我寄出去的信件MSN都沒備份 只有DDD寄過來的...哭... 此文章於 2004-02-26 09:30 AM 被 milleniac 編輯. |

今日收到paypal的電子郵件，告知在台灣的客戶可以
把存在paypal帳戶裡的款項(美金、日幣或歐元)換成 台幣，轉存入台灣本地銀行的帳戶。匯兌損失自負以外， 每次轉帳另收台幣三十五元手續費。 |
