請問使用shaw，他有提供兩個IP，在網路上申請了，要如何知道第二給ip給的是多少呢？不是都是DHCP給的？

都是DHCP，有一種很舊的 modem 都能支援 4 個IP， 現在應該都是用 motorola 的，可以支援 8個IP， 要知道 IP 也是用一樣的方法阿。 引用:

通常的接法是 MODEM 後面一個HUB/SWITCH 再從HUB/SWITCH 後面分給兩個(或者更多)電腦 如果你的接法是 MODEM 後面接 ROUTER 那麼你只有一個 IP (除非你把ROUTER當作HUB/SWITCH在用) 應該沒回答錯吧 逃~  此文章於 2006-08-05 02:06 PM 被 chaotommy 編輯. |

所以如果只有router就無法使用兩個ip了嗎？

shaw 可以用 switch 直接取得兩個 IP?
我怎麼記的不能... 去年年底試過不行... telus 我是確定可以這樣做...

請教一下SHAW網頁上說的Download Speed Up to 5.0 Mb，那麼是否是 WAN Inbound/Outbound Bandwidth 都是 5*1024=5120 Kbps呢？

只有inbound 是 5.0, outbound 是 1M...
再加拿大, outbound 都是 1.0M, 除非你簽商業專線, 而且是跟allstream, bigpipe 等專門做這類業務的公司才有, SHAW, telus, Rogers,Bell... 這些都是 1M outbound, telus 在多倫多的cityplace 有光纖, 但那是例外... 不知加拿大何時才能有 FTTH
