其實兵役存在的問題已久...並不是實不實行募兵可以解決的....
看看志願役軍士官的素質...我想志願役士兵的素質也好不到哪去...  而且了解軍中事務不代表真正了解軍隊的運作... 裡面一些不為人知的東西沒當過兵的人是無法體會的... 我服役時隔壁連的連長...著帳單跟他們連上行政說:明天我要看到這些帳單消失.. 一直到那連長退伍時...他們連上總共欠了那位行政 十幾萬..... 不過因為這樣...他們連長也對他很好... 但是有幾個人家裡這麼有錢呢??? 我當時待的部隊是 南部第一打擊部隊 門口一進去就可以看到 "精實" 兩個大字 但是...這種部隊每天最重要的工作不是操課...而是草有沒有割... 戰車有沒有洗乾淨...上油...打蠟...最亮的戰車旅部還會頒給"金戰車賞" 哦... 一個連真正可以發射戰車砲的戰車沒幾台...其他都是擦的亮晶晶好看用的... 這種東西真的能保衛台灣嗎... 就像虎大說的那樣啦...當兵看你用啥心態去當...(如果真的逃不掉的話...) 運氣好就當爽兵...運氣不好就被操... 當然如果能不當就別當了... 別再拿那種"沒當過兵就不是男人...不齒逃避兵役的男人..."這些話來洗腦自己或別人 今天當不當兵跟這個人能不能成功是兩回事... 如果當兵這麼好的話...那國防部作啥還要募兵??早就一堆人志願去了... 孫立人將軍當初建立徵兵制時可能沒想到現在兩岸會變成這樣吧...

沒服兵役就不能算男人
我想這句話是政府灌輸給一般人民的觀念. 用來製造壓力.經由父母,親朋好友和社會的壓力, 使一般男人不敢去逃避服兵役. 政府為了徵召足夠的兵源,所灌輸給所有人民的觀念. 這種觀念在10幾年前更重,現在慢慢淡化了. 此文章於 2003-02-28 01:37 PM 被 uptrend 編輯. |

這時這射手最慘....車長跟裝填手都有門可以逃...駕駛手有緊急逃生口... 射手被卡在中間....動彈不得....  在裝校實彈射擊時就發生過不發火的情形.... 那時大家不發火程序都練過不下數百次了.... 結果...大家還是跑光了...留下教官一個人在那喊"不要跑..."
