根本就是飼主搞不清楚吧???? 狗被毒死本來就不是警察管的~~~ 文章裡也講了~~使用的罰則是動保法理的規定~~ 動保法的執法機關為各縣市的動物保護處 依照動保法的規定~~那位飼主應該去找動保員才對~~ 而不是找警察~~~
