他想申請綠卡.... 我在猜他是不是想回學校繼續唸書... 照理說有找到工作應該不用存款證明... 只是在懷疑原因而已... 錢只是過一下水.. 幫他弄張定存單而已.. 影印好就解約.. |

申請綠卡的確是要財力證明，而且一百萬不太夠吧，換算美金也才三萬多，辦綠卡人家不會鳥你的，至於工作簽證我不清楚因為沒辦過我只有辦過學生跟旅簽而已。 定存單我不確定，銀行有專門的財力證明文件，可以現場開立，開存款證明很常見，台灣人常常週轉，就過個戶到對方戶頭開完財證後，就立刻把錢轉回來就好，只要接下來把錢轉回來這個動作，你能確認無虞就好。 |

沒有吧, 前面提到回去當學生比較可能些 如果在美國畢業了,也工作了,通常簽證會轉成H1 如果確定工作穩定,公司或雇主願意當你的sponsor H1是綠卡的前一階 |

畢業後留在美國工作是不需要自己提出存款證明。
申請工作證或經工作申請綠卡是由公司交出財力證明; 經結婚申請綠卡是結婚對象提出財力證明; 申請移民綠卡三萬美金又太少。 應該是你朋友想申請研究所 ,或是有其他用途。

差不多, 三萬還算少. 他大概想回去念書.
學校要看你財力證明才能確定你付不付的起學費. 我印象中是兩萬五到五萬不等. 看各學校要求. 以前念書時, 也有學長想要借這筆錢來做財力證明. 至於要留下來工作辦OPT, 應該是不用任何證明.
