是的, 上面那層有油墨的應該是保護外殼&散熱用的, 實際上的晶圓die在下面 不過就最下面基盤(專業用語我不熟 @@, bumping後的接腳座)那麼大一片 跟左邊的DVI接頭比較(印象長度應該有3-4cm), 不知道接腳有幾支

接腳數目跟晶片大小沒啥關係吧... 這只是 GT200(GTX280/260) 的製程改良, 除了耗電與時脈外, 我看不出還會有其他大變動 當然廠商可能會因為提高電壓而增加電源之類的, 但是晶片接腳數目跟GT200一樣, 其實不意外

NV又出新產品啦！
雖然有人說是改良之前的而已， 但還是有進步啦， 倒是想到ATI， 4870X2雖然登上卡王， 但好久沒出新的，至少改良一下也好… 或是調降個價格也爽， 這樣不是有更多人會想衝嗎？！  |

不過國內板廠..應該會重layout過吧.. 有點好奇是另顆晶片是幹甚麼用的.. 見識太淺請見諒 |

高階卡都是公版, 不太可能會讓其他廠商自己 layout 多出來的那顆是 NVIO, 負責訊號的輸出, 據說, 可以提供比GPU晶片內建較好的畫質與低雜訊

NVIO 晶片聽過有種說法：原本主晶片製作過程中構造複雜，為了達到更好的良率把這塊拉出來額外製作 (8800GTX, GTX280 是採用這種設計；9800GTX, 9800GX2 似乎內建)

這我也有聽說過, 原本是為了良率, 所以才拉出來作, 但是後來發現, 把顯示晶片獨立出來除了可以增加良率, 也似乎可以降低因為GPU晶片本身的雜訊干擾

看不出GTX280跟290有什麼差別!!
