沒記錯的話 extended warranty 只有在第一年是換新給你 之後都是送修 上次誤打誤撞問出來的 |

Customer Service Manger 的名字叫 Dave. 是一個白人. customer service 的其他幾個印度人根本什麼都不懂, 一直要把我的 LCD 送回工廠......cow 那我買extended warraty 不就是有問題的時候可以換嗎? 花錢還要等6個禮拜 @#$%@$#%@#...
大家覺得打去總公司有用嗎? 要是他奘傻的話我也是白忙一場. 我是買 5 年的 extended warraty. 今年第4年, 差不多還有12個月的 warraty. 我是上個禮拜天的下午 3點左右去. chaotommy 也住 Van? niceeee |

extended warraty 應該是說修3次不好, 或者是修起來不划算都會換新的給你.

其實經過這樣的事情, 真的是覺得"X的, 錢都給你賺了, 出事了你卻還找我麻煩!" 所以才在這裡 post 希望大家給點意見, 看能不能凹到新的 LCD 嗆嗆那個經理.....
