The Administration, ======== 簡單地來說 終於加拿大公權力做點事情了 只是奇怪的是 只有"pending odrer"(就是那些在事情爆發之後還敢下單的人)可以獲得補償(dvds) 但那些有store credits, refund, iPoints的人就倒楣活該 我覺得這很不合理  當然就得看個人覺得值不值得花時間寫信給9086 - 8316 Québec Inc. What a shit company DVDSoon is.  (也許要用was)

是否意思是說，只要戶頭有store credits的，就會全部"沖銷"掉，拿不回來了！

我今天有收到這封信了
我本來還在等著之前被扣住的錢Refund 這樣等於被宣告錢退不回來了 這CanadianDistribution Services 是公家組織嗎? 引用:

我總覺得這很像那個...
a公司宣告倒閉破產 然後自己去成立b公司繼續做生意..前面的帳就不理了... 因為他的口氣就是..dvdsoon倒了..接下來的業務由Canadian Distribution Services處理... 至於前債我不管了..現在pending的當然收 因為反正我們(dvdsoon)現在都是出貨才扣款啊..又不用退錢..還可以收錢.. 當然承受pending order嚕......

沒看過有這麼無恥的公司敢在自己的網站這樣列(the new one who took over DVDSoon):

Please note that there are no telephone agents available to take your call. 我看這新的也是要騙錢的 只是很奇怪: 加拿大的當局在幹嘛 在DVD Swap 論壇 有的些網友被欠了五千三加幣, 相當於十五萬台幣...  按照那兒的消息 新公司是DVDImport (有人早就懷疑兩家以前就有關係) 如果有人在那購物也請注意

我在dvdsoon的store credit已經完全消失??
這家新公司也真酷 就直接把每個人的store credit給刪掉 至今也沒收到dvdsoon的refund 我看是不用等了 dvdsoon從年末起就一直食言 一下子說會退費,之後又說會寄支票 後來又說11/1日起開始refund a credit 現在又說store credit已經無效? 看的出來都是在拖延你的時間 好讓你無法申請charge back 奉勸網友切勿在dvdsoon or dvdimport下單 這些都是藐視消費者權利的不肖商人 |
