美國念資訊系統博士在學術界出路還算不錯。
依Association for Information Systems的調查 http://www.pitt.edu/~galletta/2004sals.html 2004-2005年度資訊系統助理教授起薪平均$98,286（研究為主大學）或$79,316（教學為主大學） 2005-2006年度目前蒐集到的資料，資訊系統助理教授起薪平均$100,200（研究為主大學）或$95,500（教學為主大學） 不過走學術界路線也很辛苦。為了做研究和發表論文，常常連續幾個月一天要工作十七、八個小時。 如果以為拿了博士就可以混的話，還是別往學術界發展。 |
