重點應該是要觀察美國八大片商會支持哪一個規格，而八大片商在選擇規格時，主要考量在於有分區碼和能有更強大的防拷功能。
所以就看哪一邊能吸引八大片商，那就能勝出。 倒是MS這次相當積極參與HD DVD的規格制定，裡面有用了許多它提出的規格和技術，不知會不會影響HD DVD在未來的"流通性"？？？ |

基本上~~防拷跟相容性是魚與熊掌不能兼得的~~
防拷作得越好~~相容性就差了~~ 當然~~HD DVD的向下相容性是目前比較吸引人的地方

上周在上光電課時 看影片介紹說 HD-DVD是台灣提出的規格 怎麼現在就變成了東芝與NEC 還是台灣提出的HD-DVD規格已經胎死腹中了....  |

HD-DVD 是個概念性的名稱
指的是 High Density-DVD 一般所說的 Blueray AOD EVD FVD ... 都可以算是HD-DVD 的一種 最近 DVD forum 所通過的是AOD陣營的標準 所以 一般沒有指明是哪一個HD-DVD， 就是指 AOD 了。 |
