地獄港鐵，無椅列車 自由行不是旅行。不搞清楚自由行的本質，甚麼教授高官，怎樣談都是隔靴搔癢，不著邊際。腦筋僵化的港共高官、泛民、左膠、和理非非中產認為自由行只是旅遊問題，現在怨聲載道，只是「旅遊配套」做得不好，只要多建酒店景點、增加交通配套就可以。 這是完全捉不到現實。現實是，自由行並不是傳統意義的旅遊。大陸人來香港掃日用品、奶粉、食品，不是買手信。他們不是港貨店買手，就是買自己的家庭雜貨。香港不像其他地方，有傳統的旅遊區分隔遊客和本地人。整個香港、大街小巷、你家門前、你家後園，盡變別人的旅遊區。大陸人將香港當成自己生活空間的伸延，而不願受到香港的制度和風俗所局限。(連在車廂中胡亂吃喝都有梁文道長篇大論護短) 不只是傳統的旅遊區和景點被大陸人霸佔，就算是新市鎮都逐一成為他們購物消費的「生活空間」。甚至連屋邨商場，都競相改頭換面，迎合大陸品味，硬充高檔，殘字土語更是屢見不鮮；街道地鋪，紛紛變成藥房電器鋪，庶民無處生活，無處渡日。下班下課，本土人已經不願留在街上，因為他們不想「被旅遊」，不想「24/7」地處於「旅遊mode」。 自由行禍港，既是因為每個人的物理存在空間被擠壓，也因為如是產生的心理觀感問題、感受問題。大陸人被鬧蝗蟲，有全體港共高官、中共兩大喉舌報、平機會，加上本地離地中產及政團爭相呵護，趕著為他們抱不平；香港人的生活被剝奪、被擾亂、被擠壓，港共政府卻搖頭晃腦說些甚麼「增加旅遊配套」。增加旅遊配套做甚麼？來叫我們不只家門後園都變成旅遊區，更連我們的睡房客廳都得開放予大陸人shopping？ 與港共政府狠狽為奸的港鐵，更被揭發做數低估載客量，實際上港鐵系統早已爆滿。你去港島線，你去東鐵線，身體弱的，可能會在繁忙時間被迫死。之前有政府廢官煞有介事拋出一條問題：「是不是郊野公園就神聖不可侵犯，談都不可談呢？」我也要問：「是不是與大陸人有關的事情就神聖不可侵犯，談都不可談呢？」自由行客量不檢討，好像天塌下來也不可以談收緊、談減少，運輸及房屋局到今日仍然沉迷「增加旅遊配套」，叫港鐵買新車，還要「拆除車廂部分坐椅」——為了甚麼，為了「增加載客量」﹗ 屌你老母(草泥馬)，運豬的車才沒有坐位。 政府是當香港人是豬，是給他們榨取血汗的動物。香港人不時被西人五毛、香港五毛和大陸五毛抹黑為排外法西斯，但其實香港人才是被納粹迫害的猶太人。納粹運人去集中營，就用卡車，沒有位座，載越多人越好，越迫越好，因為這是要羞辱他們。香港人感受如何都好，你們多等幾班車就好。為了「增加旅遊配套」，為甚麼不拆了香港的公屋私樓和山頂地盤去起商場？有錢為何不賺？ 為了讓更多大陸人可以來香港shopping、喧嘩，你們統統要讓路，連乘車都不可以坐。為了甚麼，就為了那兩三個巴仙的GDP，然後那些GDP的真相是少數財主地主零售商賺大錢，而我們全民付出代價。 范國威問旅發局主席、本身也是大老闆的林建岳：「何時開放你的家招呼旅客？」他也倒答得老實無恥：「我不會開放我的家來賺錢。」那為甚麼我們就活該做沙甸魚？ 那些只會反對驅蝗示威、反對拖喼，斟酌微枝小節的人，或許都是不用迫地鐵的人。就像向大陸人道歉的有錢女趙式芝，在網上說一句，多便宜。 我寫這一篇文章，都是安全、可恥的，比不上街頭示威者的實在犧牲。一切已經失敗，世界離棄我們，即管嫌棄今日的香港一點也不理性、一點質素也沒有，因為這確是一個令人絕望和窒息的香港。你們選擇窒息而死落地獄，還是「輸掉質素」吸一口自由的空氣？  |

一位台中工具機的客戶派駐上海的幹部娶家鄉的烏日女孩全家遷到上海，
去年生小女兒等餵乳期過了改喝嬰兒奶粉出現嚴重過敏， 本來以為是奶粉有問題，帶一部份回台灣請教醫師知道奶粉沒問題， 但嬰兒是肝臟過敏現象，需要在台灣買特殊的配方奶粉。 這奶粉大陸本身沒有販售也需要醫師同意，後來在香港找到才千里迢迢去購買。 可是因為內地旅客掃貨，明明不需這種配方奶的家長也把它買光了。 不得已從台灣夠買空運寄往上海卻被攔查說食品類有管制項目不能進去。 夫婦倆忙著找專業奶媽提供母乳但多少還是有過敏。 正好公司出口工具機械貨櫃到上海(記住這是犯法的)，從台灣夾帶好幾箱奶粉過去。 現在小孩稍大，已經正常與一般小孩一樣飲食，幸虧能從台灣弄過去要不然真傷腦筋。 香港奶粉供貨不及部分原因是因為新界、九龍腹地很小，沒辦法建立大型倉儲。 而有些奶粉因為大陸代理商或內地生產的奶粉與澳洲紐西蘭的品牌重疊不能在內地販售， 加上之前毒奶粉事件讓許多不敢相信大陸廠商，寧願花錢跑到香港購買紐澳的奶粉。 |

其實大陸政府要保護本國廠商利益而對多種進口日用品祭出重重限制如高關稅、種類管制這很正常。
但是他們廠商頻頻出包，政府也不管一管趕緊改善好贏得消費者信心。 上一段發言中我說的那對夫婦女兒還在包尿布時就聽到他們用的尿布品牌被驗出螢光劑殘留與非法使用劣質織布製作尿布。 嚇得夫妻倆買一堆幫寶適寄到上海，幸虧這個東西不列管制才能送到手中。 |

擁擠，讓香港人有點糾結（香江漫筆）
2014年03月03日 07:19:40 來源： 人民日報海外版 分享到： 香港人的內心現在有點糾結。 糾結在于，離開內地，香港人活不了，也活不好。可是，天天面對洶涌的內地客人流，以前習慣嘆早茶的地方，現在變成了金店銀樓；過去常去溜達散步的弄堂，如今到處開滿了藥房賣奶粉；以前隨便花個八元、十元就能填飽肚皮，現在卻要排著長長的隊，花上兩倍三倍的錢才能吃上頓飯；過去下樓就能買個菜、理個發，順帶還能和街坊鄰裏傾談一番，如今街上行走的卻盡是興高採烈、手提大包小包，到處大採購的內地客。那些提供生活方便的所在，早已不知搬去了哪裏。自由行的確帶旺了香港市道，但也的確改變了香港人過去慣常的生活。港人對此有怨言，其實很好理解，誰都希望門庭若市，客如雲來，可年年月月日日如此，任誰的神經也經受不了這樣“擁擠的折騰”。 香港旅發局2月18日給出數據，2013年全年訪港遊客人數達到5430萬人次，創歷史新高，其中七成約4000萬人次來自內地。小小香港，加上離島不過千余平方公裏，眾多的人流全被壓縮在港島和九龍的狹小地區，說句人頭擠爆有點誇張，但摩肩接踵卻是人人共知的事實。 可是內地客卻是港人的金主。對于金主，總是要高看一眼禮貌三分的，港人即使心中再有意見和怨言，總還是不好意思往外說的。 指責謾罵內地客，當然不對，這是對客人不敬，也是對同胞失禮，理應譴責。但是，批評解決不了現實問題，呼吁理性也難以化解開港人的糾結。看不到港人的煩惱，不去理解港人的糾結，喊幾句口號、說點冠冕堂皇的話，很容易，但于事無補。如果不去想法設法解決問題，港人的這種糾結就會在心中“長大”，說不定哪一天就會對內地客發泄一下。 市場經濟不意味政府可以不作為，市場中有調控，調控中發展市場。這樣的理論同樣適用于旅遊業。臺灣自2011年起開放大陸客個人遊，採取的是有序漸次開放的每日配額制。臺灣和香港，區情不同，大小有異，但臺灣開放個人遊的經驗卻值得香港汲取。臺灣是開放不夠，有市場有空間再開放，吸納更多的大陸客；香港卻是開放過度，有理由有必要將空間收窄一點，更重要的是，香港借鑒臺灣每日配額制的做法，能更好地發揮市場配置作用，向內地客提供更加優質的服務。 順帶說下，這就是一條純粹的香港旅業發展建議，無關政治，別上綱上線。 雖然他們嘴巴硬，但其實知道問題在他們那裡 |

拖篋行動，立竿見影 尖沙咀驅蝗行動和旺角拖篋行動接連在星期日舉行之後，惹來港府及港澳辦官員群起責難，然而，高官喧嘩過後，三月一日，廣東省政府嚴厲查辦「港貨店」，沒收從香港走私到廣州的洋貨，並罰款貨值三成。 三月二日，網民繼續在沙田新城市廣場拖篋諷刺自由行。翌日，北京《人民日報》海外版「香江漫筆」刊登署名政論文章（西蒙周：＜擁擠，讓香港人有點糾結＞），雖然稱呼自由行旅客為「金主」，但同意香港旅遊巿場開放過度，「有理由有必要將空間收窄一點」，並指可以借鑒台灣每日制定配額的做法，「更好地發揮市場配置作用」。 為什麼拖篋行動會成功呢？在道德上，這是反虛偽的仁義宣傳，用愛國主義來教育那些買洋貨、走私逃稅的大陸客，令他們感到慚愧而無地自容。中共當局雖然虛偽，但面對愛國主義號召，礙於顏面，不能譴責。中共掌權和剝削人民的秘訣，是虛偽。它虛偽，人民也比它更虛偽。它鼓吹愛國，人民毫不愛國，裡扒外偷，雞飛狗走，人民比中共更虛偽無道、更不顧廉恥，這樣中共就可以用道德口號來領導和驅策人民。然而，一旦某些人認真起來，真的愛國、用國貨，舉起紅旗唱紅歌，中共只能認了倒霉。況且，在香港的情況，一大群人蜂擁到香港購買洋貨，逃避國稅，高叫「沒有我們來香港消費，你們完蛋了！」根本不成體統，某些大陸客的醜態被香港人扮演了，幽默諷刺了，便顏面無存。 在戰術上，這種由香港人扮演自由行拖篋購物的行為，是深入敵人陣地，是直接行動的brinksmanship（兵行險着），也是令中共知道，香港人不怕大陸人，他們某些人在香港做得出的野蠻行為，蹲地阻街耍流氓，香港人立心要做，可以做得比他們粗鄙一百倍。剝削道德的人，犧牲人家秩序而自己得利的人，都希望人家規規矩矩，自己亂打亂撞。但如今香港人不怕大陸人野蠻，你野蠻我也能夠野蠻，香港砸過稀巴爛，「東風吹，戰鼓擂，現在世界上究竟誰怕誰？」這樣，中共就會知難而退。 至於香港警察，見了這種演出，也是哭笑不得。去逮捕嗎？這些遊戲的人，犯了什麼罪？難道大陸人可以拖篋購物和蹲地阻街，香港人卻不可以嗎？在街上扮演大陸同胞，勸導大陸客愛祖國、用國貨，不要被洋貨迷惑，向大陸客循循善誘，是香港人的睦鄰行動，勸人從善，又滋擾了誰？ 歷史上，文明人要防衛蠻族，必須要學得一點蠻性。戰國時期，漢人的趙國經常被北方胡人掠奪。胡人身穿短衣、長褲，騎馬作戰，開弓射箭，來去自如。趙國官兵以戰車和步兵為主，身穿長袍，甲胄笨重。因此，趙武靈王向胡人學習騎馬射箭，並且改革服裝，採取胡人的短衣、長褲服式，史稱「騎射胡服」，見《史記．趙世家》。 華人在新年舞龍舞獅，也是模仿龍、獅的威武，進入龍、獅的精神狀態，嚇退龍、獅一樣的妖邪，道理是一樣的：我們不怕野蠻，我們也可以胡來，跟你一起玩 陳雲 |

百人遊行撐愛國用國貨 舉牌：爆炸都買
有網民上月在尖沙嘴廣東道發起「驅蝗行動」大遊行，反對大量自由行湧港，被質疑歧視同胞，甚至被套上「反中亂港」、「擾亂公眾秩序」等帽子。網民為了「撥亂反正」，下午舉行「(真心)愛國愛黨大遊行」，向自由行旅客宣揚「愛國」訊息，呼籲他們留在國內購買國貨，以證明自己的高尚愛國情操，沿途更高舉「愛國用國貨，爆炸都買！」等標語。 行動獲逾百名市民響應，他們左手分別拿「五星紅旗」及「黨旗」，右手則拿毛語錄，並以廣東話唱國歌，吸引大批自由行旅客駐足觀看，另有大批警員在場戒備。遊行人士呼籲自由行旅客，不要被帝國資本主義迷惑，誤購洋貨奢侈品，「作為中國人，嬰兒就應飲國產奶粉」，又批評逃稅是賣國叛國行為。 另外，有參加者聲言，自己早前參加「驅蝗行動」是不應該，即使被公審批判成牛鬼蛇神，亦是活該。    |
