北美的答案是: 不需要更多公務員/官員, 需要更多醫護人員.
這或許是錯誤的連結, 但目前的確是砍公務員, 增加醫護人員. 為何未必有關連呢? 因為目前也大砍程式設計人員. 也大砍銀行從業人員, 也大砍各種白領... 不過, 打從上次歐洲四小豬以後, 這是頭一次大幅度砍公務員人/官員的時刻. ... 不同的是上次歐洲四小豬是被逼著做, 這次北美兩大國家是主動自己做. |

外勞怎不可能。以台灣水平來說就西台灣和東南亞。西方國家不就玩這套。年輕學就快。帶來問題就是本土議價權變弱和需開放轉身份帶來的改變...

引進非母語的醫護是把雙面刃，也是醫療品質降低的開始; 國小同學是學復健相關的，3X歲移居英語系國家，就算到現在也不敢說很理解患者敘述的問題， 更遑論剛移居時，醫病2造雙方諸多的矛盾，不管是專業或種族問題.....
