之前我也有類似的CASE~~一個有胃病的老人有娶一個大陸太太 之前有買一瓶維他命吃~~也吃第3瓶了~~而且那個我家自己也有吃 後來每次來就拿著瓶子說:這個是不是有問題~~我現在只要一吃就會胃痛~~整天都不舒服.......OOXX....... 他的大陸太太也在那說也沒有吃別的東西啊~~應該是這個維他命有問題......... 一直說這是不是過期了~~又叫我把這拿去化驗是不是有摻不好的東西......... 來回3 4次~~搞得我實在火大~~大家都吃同一批~~大家吃很久都沒問題~~ 自己本身就有胃潰瘍過~~這本來就是自己的問題....... 之前還為了一個遠房親戚肝不好~~耗了我3 4個小時 最後問完需要吃啥之後卻啥也沒買~~十來天之後說:已經有先在別的地方買了...... 然後就開始說他胃痛........... 說不定是為了那親戚的事情在那煩惱到胃病發作~~就只會怪到別人身上..... 講得簡單去化驗~~那時間與費用誰要出??那幾瓶的利潤連化驗的費用都付不起 加上還要花上半天時間送去榮總附近......整體成本超過5000以上..... 他在店裡消費金額連一半也不到...... 有誰會做這種傻事.....我才不信 叫他先去醫院照胃鏡也不聽~~一直怪是這維他命害的...... 這種我最後就是放棄~~光是花了一個晚上沒辦法好好做生意 結果換來一句:在別的地方買了......有誰會爽快??

The cashier, who police said had previously served a decade for manslaughter, beat the women so badly that one suffered a fractured skull and broken arm in the shocking attack, which was captured on a customer's cell phone and then posted to YouTube. "Stop it! Stop! Stop! Oh my God!" one woman is heard screaming. "Someone call police!" Fellow workers can be seen on the video unsuccessfully trying to restrain McIntosh. Sources say McIntosh ordered his assailants to stay down, and belted them each time they tried to get up. The continued beating is partially hidden from the camera by the counter. The two women were taken to the hospital. Darbeau suffered a fractured skull and broken arm which required surgery, according to court documents. She is in stable condition. Edwards suffered a deep cut. McIntosh served more than a decade in prison after being convicted of shooting and killing Oshan Litchmore, 17, a classmate at Bronx's Evander Childs High School in 2000, when he was only 19 years old. The two teens were outside Macy's at the Galleria Mall in Westchester when they got into an argument. The fatal bullet passed through Litchmore and hit an 8-year-old passerby in the leg. Police released a video of the attack on Damien Furtch, 26, who was pummeled on West Third Street and Sixth Avenue in March. Two women who were busted after being caught on video attacking a Greenwich Village McDonald's cashier last year — only to get a super-size smackdown themselves — pleaded guilty Wednesday in a no-jail deal. "I'm going to cut you, I'm going to f--- you up," Darbeau screamed at Edwards as she vaulted over the counter. Both women faced up to seven years for burglary in the third degree for entering a restricted area of the eatery. But they were able to lock in a punishment-to-go deal, thanks to plea negotiations by their lawyer Harold Baker. Darbeau pleaded guilty Wednesday and is expected to get five years probation in October when she is sentenced. Edwards also pleaded guilty and will get 10 days of community service. |
