Never see this kind of usage before... -ish has some kind of idea I think...such as "childish", but I don't know if Spanish has also the same mean.

Not maybe. you don't realize what's the problem in your sentence. "I can't agree with you more" is acceptable in oral speaking, that means I am in complete agreement with you.
