if i am not 78 why would i come to 78 zone?
if 78 zone can't 78 why call it 78? so, in 78 zone one must be 78... (I think I have lost my marble...) 幹, 我自己都不知道再說啥...

最近熊熊發現... AB 除了幹到翻掉的 milk jug tax, 還要收回收費...?
不知是哪個天才, 說馬路上有一堆牛奶瓶, 有礙觀瞻, 於是開始徵收 milk (jug) tax... 比照一般的bottle deposit... 幹你娘的咧, 店裡的回收桶被無業遊民破壞了不下十次, 最後資源回收商索性不來了... 幹! 回收桶除了瓶瓶罐罐以外, 還有其他可回收的東西, 整個爆滿, 要打電話去才會來收... 最後索性直接把車停在旁邊的停車場, 可回收的東西直接進後車廂, 錢直接進店的 account... 有一次就看到一個在哪裡等著的homeless, 眼睜睜的看著我把那兩袋 $$ 裝進後車廂, 開走, 起事一個爽字能了XDXD

基本上就是 milk jug deposit... 理由是路上一堆空牛奶瓶, 有礙觀瞻... =.= 一公升以上 25 cent, 以下含一公升 10 cent, 另外有 4 cent 的 recycle fee... 不知哪冒出來的鬼...=.= 實施以後, 用牛奶用很兇的店家的回收桶就倒大楣了... 以前只有 tetra pack 的東西會被偷, milk jug deposit 實施以後, 開始被大量偷走... 現在甚至動用bolt cutter 把鎖剪掉, 甚至不惜整個破壞掉回收桶, 有聽過直接把塑膠的桶身燒融, 然後拿走裡面的東西...
