國外郵購的問題
請教板上諸位前輩一個問題:
我從國外網站訂購一個電腦產品,信用卡支付項目包括商品訂價與國際運費在內,為什麼快遞公司還要跟我收百分之五的稅金? 我的疑問是:1.快遞公司要收費的對象應該是售貨公司才對吧! 2.在國內我應該找那個單位洽詢才能解除這方面的疑惑? P.S. 快遞公司是美商優比速台灣分公司(ups),他們的說法是:這是海關的規定

關於網路上盛傳的UPS貨物破損事件.....我覺得你還是換一家的好~
我個人是沒用過UPS,不知道是不是真的,不過圖片指證歷歷,也很難不相信 我用過DHL,蠻不錯的,當時是買NOMAD II,也沒聽說要扣稅的事,不知道是好運沒被課稅還是怎樣~

對!!! 不要用 UPS, 收費明目特別多, 變相詐欺, 服務也沒有特別好.
我人在 CANADA, 從 US 買ㄉ空白 CD 200 片 (US$40), 就收ㄌ我 US$24 ㄉ "海關申報費" 真是~!@#$%^& , UPS 從此拒絕往來!!! |

UPS的事並沒有浮在檯面上,只是網路上有照片指證經由UPS傳遞的貨物受損,然後UPS不理賠~就這樣,而且風評(就我聽到的部分)不是很好~
這種消息就像常常聽到I或是S牌的硬碟壞掉一樣~

原來如此............那我們在國外網站訂東西時可以指定由其他的貨運公司傳遞嗎? 還是只能從和該網站有合作關係的貨運公司挑選 , 我朋友常常到國外買唱片 , 而且 都是用ups..............想叫他換別家卻又怕他笨笨的 |

應該只能從網站指定的幾間裡面挑貨運公司吧... 其實該用哪一間,真的要自己試試看比較清楚,因為謠言是大家在傳,不證實也不知道是不是真的,只是像我如果會怕的話,就乾脆不要選擇有信用問題的公司,省的到時候出了問題,找不到人可以善後...
