死中華電信太會坑人了!! 請大家評評理!
他媽的死中華電信~
各位來評評理看看他怎麼欺負人民!! 小弟上個月"9/30"在最後一天從"200元"月租費改為"588"元~ 然後今天來了電話費總共1471元, 行動月租費 588元 網內互打 578元 中華國內通信費 10元 撥打其他電信公司行動電費 295元 簡訊 4元 各位從上面您們發現了什麼? 沒錯就是上個月的電話費中的月租費不是200元而是588?? 然後我打電話給客服人員~ 她告訴我說:"588是10月份的月租費所以這次收到是588的~ 然後下個月就可以扣繳抵免通話費" 聽起來很合理~不過我知道跟客服小姐吵沒用的~ 現在我就來告訴大家這個聽起來很合理~但卻有問題的地方~ 我在今年"七月底"用我這一支辦手機~我原本的月租費是480(有折扣) 辦了以後呢~以後的月租費變成了600元~ 那時我想既然沒打折了那我的月租費就不要那麼貴~ 就改用200元的~也是在7月底!! 八月中收到上個月份電話費的月租費~各位您們猜多少?? 答案是"600元"~注意呦~跟上面客服小姐講的不一樣呦~ 接下來又好玩了~ 我就那那個7月份的電話通話明細表來算~ 您們知道嗎?? 他的通話費用是用200下去計算的!!! 媽的咧~ 難道我有時打電話沒打那麼多卻要繳這麼多?? 各位對於用中華的客戶呀~有空就看看算算您的明細表呀~ 別被中華電信坑錢呀~ 小弟還有一個問題~請教大家~ 如照客服小姐講的~您這個月收到的帳單月租費是收這個月份的, 那麼當您剛伸請中華電信的門號時~如2/15 您下個月3/15收到的月租費, 是上個月2/15的還是下個月3/15的? 謝謝您肯花時間來看此文章~ 這是小弟憤憤不平的話~ 如有說錯請提出來~ 希望不是小弟誤會中華電信哈~

沒辦法~中華電信就是那麼黒...
 像以前我用adsl時,明明就已經停用了,沒想到下個月又收到了帳單了,還硬要跟我收錢,真是太黑了!

之前也有過一次....... 明明去辦停用，他卻說你只辦~"暫停"使用而不是"停止"使用 還硬收錢 誰會暫停使用啊 下次記的辦好後無論如何要拿"收據"~!!

外來政權官辦電信 果然有夠黑 還是選擇正港台灣人辦的台灣固網吧  (嘻嘻，本版最近兩三天政治氣味頗濃，真想給他來個全面泛政治化)

還是有人政治中毒很深,台灣固網申請來考驗"耐心"?
考驗"修養?"考驗"經常性斷線"的樂趣?政治導向跟 品質或服務可不是一定的.真喜歡泛政治化乾脆等 等有什麼"民進固網"或"台獨寬頻"好了,反正上網 品質和服務不重要,中政治毒比較重要好了.政治 在臺灣只是一切愚蠢的來源. |
