下面的英文留言我剛剛留在大家常去的韓國DVD網站, koreandvds.
事由大概是說..
我收到了一個有問題的DVD:
1.該有DTS(封面及碟片上都有DTS字樣)卻沒有
2.聲音時小時大

我在第一時間與對方聯絡,對方態度不甚良好
甚至懷疑我根本不懂什麼是DTS..
最後只說會補償我一塊美金到帳戶就走人了..
後來的這段期間,將本片拿去不同的機子試,發現確實是有問題的片子
剛剛拿出來聽..越想越不能接受悶氣..所以採取此一行動..

在此與大家分享此一經驗,常在此網站購物的前輩們應該不會意外對方會這樣處理事情
但是新手們可能就不一定有心理準備了..
也希望大家可以做一個見證..如果對方把留言刪掉.. 至少也有個見證...

Dear Webmaster,

I have tested the title I received from you for many times on many different players. I am sure this one "Elton John-- One Night Only" produced by MK Inc.
is a defective product. It says on the cover and the disc itself that it has DTS, but it actually does not. What's worse, the volume of the sound goes up and down once in awhile. I have to tell you that I am sure this one is a defective one and I want a better response from you this time, please don't just issue one dollar to my account and say nothing more like last time.

You should offer me a replacement or refund according to your policy, don't you?
Last time I mentioned this problem to you, you just issue one dollar and left,
that was a serious insult to me, as an innocent customer who receives a defective product.

I don't mean to be against you, but just to ask for my rights.
