麻煩熟悉Excel 或是其他圖表製作軟體的朋友請進~ 感謝!
想請問熟悉 Excel 或是其他圖表製作軟體的朋友
小弟最近想設計一個表單 可以輸入病患驗血結果資料後 將結果用橫條圖的方式表現出來 方便一眼就可以看出哪些數值有問題 就像附件裡的那樣子 我試了 openoffice 的 Calc , 可能是我不會設定 都沒辦法畫出像照片裡的圖表 只好上來向各位請教  多謝大家了!!!

這個要用點小技巧就可以變出來, 要先把數據換算一下來弄表，依你的附圖假設：
A欄 項目 B欄 測值 C欄 單位 D欄 最小值 E~G欄 (放圖表空間) H欄 最大值 新增AA1公式 = (B1/(H1-D1)-AB1/2) ***把數值統一為 0.00 ~ 1.00 新增AB1數值 = 0.02 ***顯示的色塊寬度，可自行調整 看你有多少數據就弄幾行，假設你有十行(到AA10) 再來就用長條堆疊圖，數據範圍選AA1..AB10，把圖例、座標、格線、圖表區底色都清掉，第一組的長條圖底色改成透明，就會出現你要的小色塊數值比例效果了。 如果要弄到跟你附圖一模一樣，每行的圖塊都要那三個黑框。填數據時就跳行填A1, A3, A5...再把相對應的E/F/G欄儲存格畫外框。 最後把圖表放到E-G欄的位置，調整長寬比至對齊你的數據底框。 此文章於 2016-08-01 01:03 PM 被 leo800 編輯. |

上面的AA1公式有錯，應為 = (B1-D1)/(H1-D1)-AB1/2

再弄一個 AC1 = 1-AA1-AB1
圖表用三組數列，可以直接劃出外框。 =============================== 但最大的問題是，你的檢驗數據不一定是落在範圍內，超標時圖示該如何顯示，這邊需要加上邏輯去處理數據。弄出來的數據還要去變色處理，這個難度就太高了。 =============================== 直接寫程式做報表及繪圖輸出應該會比較快 |

多謝 leo 兄指導，我用 excel 再試試 另外其實不一定要變色拉，黑白的也無所謂 像我這個附檔的表現方法也ok 要不是我們血檢機器只認某些型號的印表機 而那些印表機又停產了.... 我也不想搞這麼麻煩的東西....就讓機器自己去印就好 現在是用電腦 serial port 去抓資料 然後再用別台印表機列印 可是這樣印出來就沒有那個 bar graph 了，所以才想自己弄個表單 只要 key 進檢驗結果然後再列印 但事情似乎沒有我想的那麼簡單.....
