當初我也是在這裡找到破全區方法的文章不過不知道可不可以轉載其他人的文章呢
說明出處應該可以吧文章如下
(1) Make sure that your DVD drive is set as Secondary Master on the IDE buses.
Your computer BIOS bootup messages should tell you whether it is.
If it's not Secondary Master you will have to reset a jumper on the back of the drive
to the "Master" position.
As written, the batch file which controls the flash process won't work
unless your drive is set up this way.
(2) Prepare a "Real DOS" boot disk. There are various ways to do this
but the way that works for all flavours of Windows is simply to download one!
Download "winme_plain_boot_disk.exe" from here:
http://www.putergeek.com/downloads/#winme_plain
Put a blank floppy in the drive and run the downloaded EXE file within Windows.
This will write a minimal boot disk to the floppy.
(3) [Optional--If you can't determine the position of your drive on the IDE buses,
download the DOS utility "IDEDIAG" (ided05.zip) from here:

Unzip the file and copy "IDEDIAG.EXE" to the boot floppy you have prepared].
(4) Copy also the patched firmware files etc to this boot floppy -- FL1621.BAT, FLASH.EXE,
BIDE00.BIN, BIDE01.BIN.
(5) Reboot your computer, setting the BIOS to boot from floppy
if it doesn't do this automatically.
(6) [Optional -- If you need to determine the position of the DVD drive on the IDE buses,
at the "A\>" prompt type "IDEDIAG" [Return].
The program will run and give you this information.
If it shows anything other than "Secondary Master",
switch off your machine and change the jumper as mentioned in (1)].
(7) If you are happy your drive is Secondary Master, at the "A:\>"
prompt type "FL1621" [Return]. The batch file will run the flash process automatically.
Don't fiddle with the mouse or keyboard while it is running.
Be patient -- there are some longish pauses while it is working.
When it has finished, switch off your computer (don't just "reset").
(8) Flashing the drive firmware is only half the job.
You also have to overcome region protection in your software player
-- WinDVD, Power DVD etc. You do this with DVD Genie obtainable here:
