[法律問題]孩子的未來∼想檢舉不合格的美語幼教補習班∼請大大們幫忙∼
有以下幾點法律問題要請教大大們：
1.關於外籍人士在台工作應具有『工作證』，但有一部份美語老師無『工作證』卻仍繼續教學。 2.安親課輔班應設置於一樓，但該機構一樓卻是教師辦公、及櫃臺，而安親課輔班設置於2.3樓。 3.此類機構應具有一位以上防火管理員，但該機構現職人員中卻無持有防火管理員執照者。 4.該機構日前擴大營業，原佔地一個門牌號碼的補習班擴大為三個門牌號碼，且1∼3樓皆有使用，而其立案地址仍無修改。 請問各位大大，以上問題該向什麼單位檢舉最有效率？？ 小弟目前打算先跟水果媒體檢舉，該機構在美語安親課輔界是十分大的，水果媒體應該會頗有興趣吧.... 請大大多提供一點意見，鬧場的就不必了，謝謝∼ |
