請問有沒有支援unicode的下載軟體
最近常常在下載檔名為日文、或是簡體中文的東西，但是目前個人所知道的下載工具(包含Flashget、影音傳輸等)都不支援unicode的檔案下載，所以想問問看除了IE之外還有什麼下載工具支援unicode，謝謝~
