有沒有人在吃啤酒酵母的??
啤酒酵母只是單純的影養補充劑嗎?
那直接喝啤酒應該效果更好吧? 啤酒酵母味道很難吃,不過我是買藥丸狀的還好 |

藥丸好像方便很多..........
你覺得服用後有差嗎?我是覺得體力好了點.............

嗯，任何東西服過量都是不好的。
看到你這瓶，讓我也想去買藥丸的來吃，懶得打果汁奶昔了。 這，可以空肚服用嗎?

看到樓主這篇,想到今天的啤酒酵母還沒吃.....馬上就吃了10顆.
 吃這麼多顆??盒子上面的標示就是一天20顆....我都分兩次吃.  我的也是日本帶回來的,不過我的行程是參觀Sapporo的啤酒廠,所以是Sapporo牌的. |

聽說這個能減肥,不知道是真是假?
朋友介紹我說他喝這個有變瘦,只是是去大賣場買的類似優酪乳的不是嗎? |
