美國紐奧良是都黑人區啊?
怎麼收容所裡面都是黑人? 都沒有白人的災民?

不算啦!紐奧良市是黑人的爵士和藍調音樂發源地!
那邊黑人本身就不少唷!連市長都是黑人!但是現在在電視上看到的那些! 很可憐是很可憐!但是在颶風來的那天晚上!市長就對外宣佈!叫大家一定要閃! 因為國家氣象局估計災情無法控制!反正黑人都喜歡集中在大城市啦! 像費城聽起來很高檔吧!黑人也很多很多呀! 這些搞不好都是以前被德州3K黨逼過去的!

美國媒體也已經開幹了，有把上次東南亞海嘯國際救災（包括美國）行動的迅速及有組織化拿來比較，
反觀美國國內的官方救災行動真是慢得誇張... |
