When the transaction, for any reason, is refused, the reservation still shows up on your statement, but Skype cannot use it. Most banks are unfortunately very slow at removing such reservations, sometimes taking up to two weeks, and we apologize for the confusion. == What can you do about it? == The best way to continue from here, is to try one of the alternative payment methods available to you, such as PayPal or Moneybookers. It is not adviseable to keep trying with different credit cards in quick succession one after another, as our system will not allow that.
