MPEG2影片剪接
我用WinFast PVR(3.0.9.87)錄製電視節目
用MPEG2格式 6000Kbps 錄完後用TMPGEnc MPEG Editor軟體去剪去不要的部分 輸出之後看的時候 影音會出現不同步的現象 該如何解決~ 官網的檔案說明:Latest WinFast PVR provides you the most feature-rich video/audio entertainment. Even more, it also supports MPEG-2 Time-Shifting. 看不懂什麼意思 |
