請問美國大選是怎麼計票的?
我剛剛看布希246票 凱瑞199票......
這是怎麼一回事?

美國是「選舉人團」制度
並不是像台灣的公民直選 先依各州人口數，按比例分配選舉人團票數 只要候選人贏得某州超過50%的選票 該州的選舉人票就全部歸入獲勝的一方 例如這次~Kerry加州得票率是53%，Bush則47% 於是加州所有的選舉人票(應該是55張)就全部由Kerry拿下 所以候選人都會非常重視人口多的「大州」 因為贏了一個大州，比起一些人口稀少的小州，意義要來得重要多了
