[請問]IBM硬碟送修的時間問題
我按照之前 網站上的說法送修
送修已經有一段時間了 我上網察詢 RMA 的狀態 Check RMA status Status check inputs > Received but not shipped RMA number: 62645666 The returned defective hard disk drive was received and the replacement hard disk drive has not been shipped yet. RMA issued on September 13, 2004 Defective hard disk drive received on September 16, 2004 Please be aware that you may experience a delay in receiving your replacement disk drive based on stock availability. If product is available, your replacement order will be processed within 14 working days after the receipt of your defective disk drive. 請問一般不是兩個星期就會送回嗎? 未啥 我查詢RMA status 已經快兩個星期了 看英文的意思好像連 送出去都還沒呢? 請問這問題是出在哪呢..... 還是我搞錯英文意思?? 請各位幫忙解惑.....問題出在那兒阿

應該是同型號沒有貨了∼∼再等！
妳可以打日立的免費電話過去查詢∼∼然後小姐會問妳說要不要用另一個型號...容量一樣的！（通常規格會比較新）！ 當然是好囉∼∼ 因為我就是這樣！！
