IBM硬碟維修問題
請各位大大幫我看一下我硬碟處理的情況,好像他們並不接受我的硬碟,或者是他們沒收到我寄的硬碟,我是在2月19日星期四用宅急便寄出的。
以下是他們答覆: Check RMA status Status check inputs > Not received and not shipped RMA number:×××××××× The defective hard disk drive has not been received and the replacement hard disk drive has not been shipped yet. If you have already shipped your defective hard disk drive, please contact your carrier to obtain the shipment tracking delivery information or Proof of Delivery (POD). If you need further assistance contact the technical support center and provide your shipping information. RMA issued on February 18, 2004 Warranty home For further assistance see the technical support center page for contact information.

內容是說還沒收到, 有問題請聯絡您選的寄送公司.
不過依作業時間來說未收到是正常的. 快遞公司週末不送, IBM週末也不上班. |
