adapter, cable or converter. Hitachi Global Storage Technologies is only responsible for returning the
drive itself through the hard drive warranty.

* Each Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Machine is manufactured from new parts, or new and used parts.
In some cases, the Machine may not be new and may have been previously
installed. Regardless of the Machine's production status, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies's appropriate
warranty terms apply.

* Ship via certified mail or with a carrier that provides a tracking
number.
