請問有人在德國AMAZON訂過東西嗎？
離出貨日已經一個月以上了，
也超過它預估到貨日幾天了， 東西卻遲遲未收到， 請問有人曾在amazon.de訂貨過，能分享一下經驗嗎？ 謝謝∼∼ |

類似的問題在之前已有人問過了....
不過最近似乎搜尋功能時好時壞... 在德國amazon買東西...寄到臺灣通常要一個月以上(個人經驗是35~45日) 請耐心等待...建議您過了45日後仍未收到再寄信反應....! *德國amazon很可愛,每次都會送一小包軟橡皮糖喔! |

我沒有耶~~  上次在AMAZON.DE的購買經驗,40天 後才收到一個包裹.. 目前還有兩份包裹已經超過45天未收到.. 寫英文信去問,說..寄往台灣好像會比他們預估的時間在多三十天..  樓上的那位.. 不放心的話到這邊來問吧 這是我得到的回應. Dear 銀色三冠王IS, Thank you for contacting us at Amazon.de. 嗯，謝謝兩位的回答。
看來我得多等幾天了，不過滿怪的，法國amazon的速度也沒那麼慢耶。。 又，德國人真不錯，會用英文回答顧客的問題，這樣就不必擔心看不懂德文啦！ |

聽說是因為德國郵政工會勢力很龐大,所以德國的運費比其他歐洲國家都貴,而效率之差也是惡名昭彰的...

題外話：
雖然都是屬於歐洲區的 AMazon 不知道為什麼英國的效率特別高， 我買了三次，速度都不輸給美國的 Amazon. 除了價格以外，讓我又放心又滿意。 |

我的經驗跟Furier相同.. AMAZON.UK目前都是超早到的 網頁上預定10-16天到達.. 可是..每次都在6-8天內就到了.. |

原來德國amazon對我如此厚愛...我也不明白耶!^^! 那個軟橡皮糖是小熊造型的,有好幾種顏色(好像在7-11也買得到類似的)... 每次寄來的包裹中都有一小包!(第一次看到還以為是乾燥劑呢) |

結果過了52天了，還是沒收到。
今天寫信去問，很快就得到回應，說應該是遺失了，可以再次運送。 不過他建議我先去郵局詢問， 我想問的是我的地址是郵政信箱，所以應該去信箱所在的郵局詢問，還是到郵政總局的地方問呢？ 謝謝各位大大回應解惑。 |

個人認為還可以等... 我第一份德國包裹等了40天..第二份55天.. 現在還有一份未到... 至於查詢.. 由於非掛號包裹.. 如何查詢還是個問題.. 要查也是先往所在地區的郵務投遞單位查... 掛號招領才會在一般郵局櫃檯.. |
