據說能與Google競爭的AI搜尋引擎

昨晚看到此影片～
Google的竞争对手不是ChatGPT，Perplexity AI才够格的介紹，才知道有這網站：

稍微試用了下，感覺還不錯

比如昨天下午要找"世界海底地圖"
它給出的下方參考網站第一個中就有全圖

但輸入中文時不知為何有時無法完整輸入.. 得在其他地方輸入完(如網址列)再複製貼上
而且結果多半都預設英文，偶爾會出現中文... 這個我還不會用=.=a

從測試中可以看得出來, 它這個對於語境意義的處理, 並沒有像 ChatGPT 那樣有所著墨; ChatGPT 目前只被限定搜索預設資料庫裡的東西, 也未開放從交談者對話蒐集新資訊以更新預設資料庫的功能, 所找出的東西其即時性與正確性當然有限.

但它這個相較於 google 只對一次性輸入做關聯處理, 它對於分次輸入會建立關聯性, 以蒐集出較精確的資料, 但是因為沒有處理語境意義, 就像上面測試那樣, 把 "you" 當成是 ChatGPT, 要不就繼續搜索 SQL rewrite 相關東東.

找時間來玩玩微軟新版的 Bing.

我感覺Google很多領域停滯不前

舉例搜尋引擎沒啥變化，自然這塊市場人人想吃

再來翻譯中文真的就是沒進步

一堆基本的錯誤一犯再犯

然後手機也是，當初要打造安卓旗艦示範機

結果沒幾代就堆料堆輸一堆手機廠

老美近來常常瘋某些新技術就捧上天

目前ChatGPT就是最新被捧上天的

各家都看好機器學習的未來成長性

我也覺得Google很多領域進步不大
但想一想人類科技目前也是這樣
真正的革命進步是很少的
國家、公司每年投入大筆研發經費
只是感知到一點點微小進步

Google沒想打造什麼旗艦示範機
主要是賣軟體服務
所以是為軟體打造硬體
不是要做什麼示範
