PChome競爭力不行了
去年年底在PChome買過螢幕跟平板，收到後竟然各降價959元與650元，寫信問客服可否退我價差，客服一開始說不行，後來我點了退貨鍵立馬就與我連絡跟我要匯款帳戶，一個多星期後收到退款。
五月中買了NAS，發現momo便宜1550元，比照上次與客服連絡退價差，PChome說他們不與其他家比價，若商品未使用可申請退貨，因為價差不小只好點退貨，客服事後沒再與我連絡。 六月中在momo下單一個登山包，不小心被我發現PChome便宜672元，抱著故且一試跟momo問問，momo不囉嗦馬上就退了622元給我，超有效率。 momo都可以跟PChome比價，PChome卻不行，難怪人家股價可以一直漲.... 此文章於 2020-08-09 08:20 PM 被 留客干 編輯. |

我覺得比價就是了.
pchome有些商品真的貴很多.. 買個東西折扣完還是比露天蝦皮貴...真的無言 |

momo的確比較便宜，又剛上市很容易從資本市場拿錢衝成長賺股價..pchome之前和蝦皮廝殺過，失血太多，短期應該沒底氣拚價。。
我是比價後買了用了就不會退了，買貴就當商家毛利去了。。。想辦法賺錢比較實際。。

你網路購物經驗太嫩了
等你被momo退貨刁難的時候就只知道了 所以老司機鄉民都知道3C類最好不要在momo買 我也常在momo買 但是只會買幾乎不可能有問題需要退貨的品項 |

同樣的東西，momo價錢大多較好看，尤其是常有折價券，但pchome有問題退貨較無爭議，各有好壞吧

pchome還是有一些好處。。它的分期給到30期0利率，然後可以分24期0利率的最低金額也比較低。momo現在分期0利率去年底變嚴了。另外就是可以超取的也比較多。敗家有時比較方便
