CAUSE This behavior occurs because Windows 2000 does not check the status of the current power input/output request packet (IRP) and may move on to the next power IRP while the current IRP is still pending. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. Win2k 系統卡頓 管理員都能馬上叫出來處理 後續的版本就作不到了(sever版不知道)
Win7則好在記憶體控制 這點WinXP就不太行
