有人說dvdexpress資金出了問題...so..

如果你用的是一般的空運的話, 注意, DVDEmpire 是沒有 Guaranteed 的喔.. 也就是說寄丟了自己負責。

一點個人經驗：
那封mail應是你下單後系統自動發的，
在他們處理訂單時還會再寄一封要你FAX的mail，
如果沒有英文的信用卡帳單資料，
他們可以接受中文的帳單，不過要兩份不同的。（他們只對上面的地址號碼）
下面是小弟向他們說明個人的信用卡英文文件不易取得，他們的回覆：

Thanks for the email. I understand your problem in getting a copy of
your billing written in Western characters (English). Instead of the
address written in English, we can take two different documents with the
language written in your home language. We will be able to match the
numbers with the address we have. These two document, and then the
credit card, and we can verify your account. I hope this helps!

它會再另外發一封信要你寄嗎？
可是我帳單地址跟寄ＤＶＤ的地址不一樣，這樣可以嗎？
