Why are the Taiwanese so furious in This incident ?

どうして私達はこんなに不満なのか？

為什麼台灣在這起事件很憤怒？

1. The incident happened in EEZ OF TAIWAN, and NOT Philippines territorial sea.


この事件は排他的経済水域で発生した事件であつてフィリピン領海で発生したのではない.


事件發生在台灣的經濟海域，而不是菲律賓領海。



ps. A nation’s territorial waters extend at most 12 nautical miles but its EEZ (exclusive economic zone) extends 200 nautical miles. As the Taiwanese fishing boat’s activity was limited within Taiwan’s EEZ, the Philippine government had no right to force it to leave.

注:領海為12海哩,專屬經濟海域為200海哩，我國暫定執法線為政府機構會出面執行權利的海域，

避免爭端，因為兩國專屬經濟海域有重疊。但能執法的海域仍然為200海哩，

事情還在"專屬經濟海域"內，仍可執行捕魚作業並沒有入侵到菲律賓"領海"，故不能執行武力驅離

2. Philippine coast guard chased and HUNTED for the UNARMED Taiwan fisher boat a hour.

In the boat at least 45 Bullet holes ,most of concentrated at cabin .

That showing the shots fired were aiming to MURDER those crews.

But Philippine government publicly expressed this is unintentional , just only said regret!


フィリピンの武裝船が台湾漁船を攻擊し,台湾漁船に四十五発も弾丸を射撃した.

弾丸はキャビン集中して射撃されていた.明らかに不法であり,

船員を死に致うす悪意の意図が強い.しかも台湾漁船が逃げるした後を一時間も追撃した


菲律賓海岸警衛隊追趕和獵殺手無寸鐵的台灣漁民船一個小時，

在船上至少有45個彈孔，大多數集中在客艙，顯示開槍旨在謀殺那些船員。

但菲律賓政府公開表示此非蓄意且只表示遺憾!












3. The accusation about that the boat tried to collide Philippine coast guard is false.

Ballistic evidences already showed as they shots were fired FROM BEHIND, not from the front.

有關該艇試圖碰撞菲律賓海岸警衛隊的指控是錯誤的。

彈道證據表明，因為他們是從背後開槍，而不是從前面。


4. Attitude Of Philippine Officials are frivolous and perfunctory for this incident !


事件後,フィリピン官僚は笑顔でジャーナリストに対し不実の発表をし,

いささかも自分の国民の行動を恥ともせず台湾を国家として,尊敬してもいない.


對這一事件，菲律賓官員的態度輕佻和敷衍！




The action of Philippine government is inhumane and without justice.

But until today Philippine government STILL NOT YET

an apology to Taiwan in Formal occasions.

菲律賓政府的行動是不人道和不正義。

但是，直到今天，菲律賓政府仍未在正式場合向台灣道歉。
