劇毒??? 現在農委會有專案進口安樂死專用麻醉藥劑~~ 只要打這個就好了~~不需要再打其他藥物

晶片 ~ 現在有 ISO 規範了~~~ 只要符合規範的都是標準晶片~ 機器都可以掃得出來~~ 除了早期各家自訂頻率的晶片可能會有掃不出來的狀況... 未植晶片有在取締~~但是都是開勸導單限時補打~~ 時間到了沒植入晶片才會開罰~~不過這是台北市的狀況~~ 其他縣市就不知道了~~ 畢竟台北市人力財力多~~ 比較可以有人外出取締未植晶片的寵物
