擁有自己的 Dropbox﹣Plug

這個東西不知道有沒有搞頭，前幾天看到他開始募集，幾個小時內就達成目標了
他可以讓你自己選擇硬碟的容量，他還幫你開發好了各種平臺的 App，和 Dropbox 不一樣的地方是他不用把檔案集中在一個目錄裡面。
如果你有一個 Plug，你的朋友也有，你們可以互相作備援，不過因為檔案是加密的，互相都看不到。
如果你有兩個 Plug，一個放家裡，一個放公司，他會自己同步檔案，也是異地備援。
剛剛看到的時候就下定了，不過下定之後疑問越來越多。
他說安裝很簡單，那要不要做 port mapping? 還有動態 IP 的問題。

Hopefully, in the near future, people living in the same house will be able to use a single Plug. They would be able to share the same hard drives, without sharing all of their data with each other.

However, this "family" feature will probably come only a few months after we ship.

還有，如果你在 USB 端接了一個以上的硬碟，你可以選擇增加容量（JBOD？）或是鏡像（Raid1?)

還有，如...

這個如果跟dropbox的年費比較的話似乎便宜很多，但就是全部都要自己來，好處是可以一次買斷且空間可以隨著更換硬碟加大，壞處就是得自己兼顧備份硬碟的壽命跟每天的電費@@
