raid 1 不懂的問題...
前幾天買了dell 6i, 安裝了2顆HDD
設定為raid1 現在有幾個問題... 1.如果有一買硬碟壞了,要如何知道?(要裝什麼軟體嗎?) 因為如果壞一顆,有一顆沒壞,原來的磁碟資料都還是在的... 就怕已經壞一顆了還不自覺 2.如果壞一顆了,要如何rebuld? 好像換上一顆好的,並不會[自動]rebulid 3.要關機再換上新硬碟嗎? 一般的psu跟sata hdd而已,(不是熱插拔psu,也不是sas) |

1. 一般我們是透過抽取模組上的LED去認(這最快..).. 但這是有前提.. 如果你的抽取模組是SFF8484或著SFF8087.. 那到甚麼都不用管.. 是SATA的話.. 背板必須帶SGPIO輸出(這是LSI的做法..)... 也就是SFF8484 to SATA with SGPIO線材... 背板不帶SGPIO會不太好搞... HDD最好是企業級的.. 具備TLER(WD稱)或著ERC(Seagate稱)... 免得有時候出現HDD Offline情況..... 2.The RAID controller uses hot spares to rebuild failed drives automatically and transparently, at user-defined rebuild rates. If a hot spare is available, the rebuild can start automatically when a drive fails. If a hot spare is not available, the failed drive must be replaced with a new drive so that the data on the failed drive can be rebuilt. Note: When running RAID 0 and RAID 5 virtual drives on the same set of drives (a sliced configuration), a rebuild to a hot spare will not occur after a drive failure until the RAID 0 virtual drive is deleted. 3.要關機... 除非HDD具備Hot Swap... 而且另外搭配抽取模組支援Hot Swap... 企業級硬碟不是做假的... 跟DT級開放出來的功能有些差異 此文章於 2010-05-06 08:06 PM 被 vxr 編輯. |

1.以現在的驅動程式，都可以看到、提醒、監測目前的RAID健康情況
2.把壞的拿掉，裝上好的，把新的硬碟加入RAID 1的群組中，確認好的硬碟在RAID設定選單中是主磁碟，可手動重建、或者進入作業系統後一段時間就會自動重建 3.要不要關機是看你系統有沒有熱抽換功能，一般沒有硬碟抽取盒的就一定是要關機了，有抽取盒的話就要看有沒有熱抽換模組功能 |
