1. Press the [Open]button on your remote control
2. Press the [Setup] button on your remote control
3. Press the 9 button on your remote control for Region Free, or 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2, and so on.
4. Press the buttons 2, 0, 1 and then 0 on your remote control in order, one at a time
NB: If this doesn't work, you should try pressing the buttons 3, 0, 1 and then 0 instead

5. Press the [Step] button on your remote control
6. Press the [Shuffle] button on your remote control

2. Press the [Stop] button on your remote control
3. Press the [Step] button on your remote control
4. Press the [Angle] button on your remote control
5. The word RFOUT will appear on screen briefly and the sound will now have been adjusted to normal levels
6. A secret menu will appear, inside which you can scroll down until the words Debug Item appears, where the current region status is displayed

1. Press the [Setup] button on your remote control
2. Press the [Title] button on your remote control
3. Press the [Step] button on your remote control
4. Press the [Next] button on your remote control
5. Using the Up and Down buttons on your remote, select the region of your choice or Bypass for region free
6. Save and then Exit the menu
